All I Am by Jodi Ellen Malpas

Author: Jodi Ellen Malpas
Release date: June 18, 2017

Drew's mouth and thoughts were so foul….and I loved every word that came from those hot lips.  From time to time, I like to indulge in eroticas with dirty alphas with adorable daughters to keep them grounded.  I was gonna say "adorable little girls to keep them grounded", but I wasn’t sure how that would have sounded.  Anyways, this book started with a bang and some dirty chains. ;)  Drew is a world renowned real estate agent with a thriving business, an adorable daughter, and a nasty habit of going to sex clubs.  He meets a younger, but even kinkier Raya, ready to rock his world and blow his mind away. The feelings that he has for Raya are strong, unexpected, but will he have the guts to admit to love or will his alpha demeanor be his downfall?

For the most part, I liked the story and the heat that this story was giving off.  I did not read any of the other books in the series, so I have no idea about the side characters, but I still enjoyed them.  Let me say this again, Drew's mouth was dirty and I loved it.  I do love my cowboys, but my second best is dirty alphas who knows how to melt your panties with his words alone. 🔥  Drew was ambitious and the tenderness that he had with his daughter was very touching. It is kinda weird how she came to be, but I will let you find that out on your own.  Raya was younger than Drew, but she made up for it with her attitude and sex drive.  I was glad to get a little back story on her and it made me see her in a different light.  They had good chemistry and even better sex.

You may ask why did I give this story a 4 star rating? Well, the answer would be, because I wanted to. No….but really the story was not perfect. The book slowed down for a minute and the ending was very cliché and it felt forced.  The author is talented and I may read more stories from her in the future.

Great characters, hot sex, dirty alphas, and a sad backstory to carry this jewel. All I am is a dirty read to indulge in at night under the covers with your man being annoyed that you rather read than go to bed with him.  Drew will keep you warm while your boyfriend sleeps on the couch because you will not cut off the side lamp in order to allow him to get some sleep. Was that too much?  Sorry, I am speaking from personal experience.  I recommend it.;)

Rating:  4 Hot Stars  ⭐⭐⭐

Riding Hard by Laura Landish

Author:  Laura Landish Release Date:   March 26, 2019 What is it about quiet, broody cowboys that drives us women wild?   Is it the foul mouth or the panty dropping tone?   Whatever it may be, it is in this book.   I think I lost my religion while reading this book because it was so dirty. Summer of Seduction

Saving Jake by Sharon Sala

Let me start by saying that I had no idea that this was book 3 in a series.  The book was so good that I thought it was a stand-alone novel.!!  This book tells the story of Jake and Laurel (which makes me think of "Arrow") and tells the story of how they became to accept each other's painful past and learning how to move forward with love.  This book is a wonderful example of storytelling and I enjoyed myself while reading this book.  The way the author tells this story makes it entertaining in a classy, simple way and I could not have asked for a better story.  This story gripped my heart and I was surprised by the chemistry that jumped off of the pages when it came to Jake and Laurel.  Laurel's daughter, Bonnie, just makes this book even more sweet than it already is.  I really miss when books were written like this and there is no specific point of view and it allows the author to explore different characters.  By allowing different charact...
