This was a really quick read for me and I was really surprised.  I was not expecting for the story to end so abruptly and I am unsure if that was the author's intention.  The story was surprisingly witty and it gave me a couple of chuckles.   Author: Sharon Sala Release Date: December 31, 2019   Another great story from the Blessing, Georgia series and I cannot wait for more.   I have read almost every installment and "The Way Back to You"   held true to the sweet, cozy small town vibe.   This book almost feel like two in one because the story has it happily ever after but the author takes it a step further and tied everything with a nice pretty bow. Author: Sharon Sala Release date: 08/28/2018 Sigh.!!!😄💨 Small town romances are among my favorite romance genres and Sharon Sala knows how to write said stories better than almost anyone else. This is book 6 in the Blessings, Georgia series and I have read 4 of these books.  This particular story revolves around Phoebe and Aidan, high school sweethearts whose lives were drastically changed after a fire.  This fire caused the two families to be at war with each other and caused the demise of Phoebe and Aidan's young love.  A death in the family brings Aidan back home 20 years later and he is met with a life changing surprise, a nineteen year old son.  As you can imagine, tensions run high when Aidan and Phoebe are faced with the mistakes of the past, but can they overcome it and focus on the future? Author: Harper Sloan Release Date: July 18, 2017 Rating:  3 ⭐⭐⭐ I'm going to start this review with two of the most used phrases in this book "Kiss my boots" and "hell-raiser".  Seriously, these two phrases were mentioned at least 20 times EACH!!  😲 "Kiss my Boots" is the second installment in the Coming Home Series and it follows Quinn, the baby sister in the Davis clan.  If you read book one then you know that Quinn was Leigh's best friend and now, her future sister-in-law. Author:  Kianna Alexander Release Date: April 4, 2017 Rating:  3 Stars ☆☆☆ I was really stuck between the 2 star and 3 rating scale because this book was hard for me to finish.  The writing was okay and the plot was present, but this book just dragged on for me.   Maybe it’s the fact that the hero is so perfect and their second chance at love came too easily, but nothing about this book excited me.  This book tells the story of Xavier, who is an accountant, politician wannabe, youth center volunteer and Imani, who is a dermatologist.  They were high school sweethearts, but were broken up when Xavier decided to "see" what life was like in college without a girlfriend. Fast forward ten years, Xavier and Imani see each other again at a wedding of their best friends and sparks fly like fireworks.  The main event in this story is the fact that Imani has this "huge" secret that will ruin Xavier's chances of becoming a member of the city council....
